Page Assistant is an internal Facebook Page comment-review tool operated by the administration of the connected Page. Contact: kiet75r@gmail.com.

Data and purpose

Meta events can contain comment text, comment/post/Page identifiers, event metadata and available author information. The current tool stores comment text and identifiers, proposed and edited replies, review/publication status and timestamps. It also stores the authorized Telegram reviewer's identifier, edit-message identifiers and bot processing state. It does not maintain a separate commenter profile. Data supports human review, approved-template selection, edits and duplicate prevention, not advertising, sale or marketing profiles. Every publication requires human approval; dry-run mode prevents publication.

Storage and third parties

Review records and configuration are stored on the operator's computer. Review cards send comment/reply text and links through Telegram. Bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted secret chats. Meta notifications pass through Cloudflare Tunnel when enabled. Meta, Telegram, Cloudflare and the page hosting provider process relevant traffic and technical data under their respective policies, potentially in other countries. This public policy page does not expose the local database or access keys.

Local processing and retention

The tool uses local keyword rules or optionally a local Ollama model to choose an approved reply identifier. The current setup does not send comments to OpenAI, DeepSeek or Anthropic. Saved corrections are local examples, not automatic model-weight training or automatic approved-template additions. There is no automatic retention deadline in the current version: records remain until manually deleted or a deletion request is fulfilled. The application does not encrypt its local database. The operator is responsible for securing the computer, credentials, access and backups.

Deletion requests

Email kiet75r@gmail.com with subject “Page Assistant Data Deletion”, the comment link/identifier and the records concerned. Do not initially send passwords, tokens or identity documents. Limited verification may be requested. Page administration manually reviews requests and removes records under its control, including local review/examples, accessible backups and bot messages where deletion is possible, explaining any limitations. No automated self-service deletion is currently provided. Deleting the tool's copy does not delete the original Facebook comment or published reply and does not guarantee removal of copies retained by external providers. Published replies can be addressed separately. Disconnecting the app stops future access but does not automatically erase stored records.
